Voting Trends In America
In September 2000, MTV’s choose or lose campaign and the Kaiser Family Foundation put together a survey for Voting trends in Americans ages 18-24. From the varies of ages less than half decided to participate. In the article they have found many different reason why the youth of America has decided not to vote. Some reasons being: the two most popular are Politicians are out of touch, and Results of the election will have no more than a small impact on them personally.
I would have to agree with the voter it really would hardly affect my life. It would also be easier if students had greater access to vote maybe at the schools or even the Internet.Comment
